Returns

We accept returns of our products within 14 days of receiving your order (i.e., when the order is marked as delivered on shipment tracking). The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping costs and you may request a prepaid shipping label (to be deducted from your refund) or handle the shipping yourself.

Items we determine to be opened, used, or not in its original packaging will be subject to a 30% return fee to be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns of sale or clearance items, first aid items, or food items.

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order (i.e., when the order is marked as delivered on shipment tracking). We will replace or refund the items at our discretion. We may require photos or other evidence to process the request. We may require the return of a damaged item at our expense.

If the missing or damaged item is part of a kit or collection of products, we will replace that individual item if it’s available.

Refused Shipments

You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred by refusing a shipment which includes delivery and return costs even if a free shipping coupon was used. The shipping costs plus a 30% return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

If we initiate a refund on your order for any reason, it can take up to 7 business days from the time of processing for your bank to receive and credit your account. We are not able to provide support once a refund has been initiated.
