Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Everyday Prep purchase, you can return new and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
We do not accept returns on perishable items, seeds, plants, intimate or sanitary goods, flammable liquids or gases, hazardous goods, gift cards, or downloadable products. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if merchandise if found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, damaged, or opened.
Additional returns policy information
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we feel our policy is being abused for any reason.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make a purchase. For additional information about refunds, see our Refund Policy.
If an item is defective in any way, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to notify us. A replacement item will be sent at no additional cost. For defective items that are from a product with multiple items, only the defective item will be replaced.
If an item was damaged during shipping, you must work with us to make a claim with the carrier before a replacement will be sent. This may include submitting photos of damage and taking the damaged item to the carrier for inspection.
When a promotional or sale item included in the original order, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Missing items from an order or product with multiple items must be reported within the return policy window. We will replace the item and pay for shipping. For items missing from a product with multiple items, only the missing item will be replaced.
A restocking fee of up to 20% plus original and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund except for defective items.
Refunds
Once an item has been received as part of a return and accepted by us, a refund will be initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days and will typically be posted within this time. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you paid by gift card, refunds will be issued to you via a gift card sent to the e-mail address associated with the order.
For all refunds, you should receive an e-mail confirmation for the refund. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact customer service.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, you will need to:
- Start a return using this form.
- Once your return is accepted, we will send a shipping label to attach to your package.
- Properly package your return. If any damage is done during shipping due to poor packaging, your return will not be accepted.
- We recommend using the original packaging, if possible.
- Make sure all labels are visible on the packaging.
- Once we receive and accept your return, we will process your refund.
